Job Description:

Join a specialist multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality Maxillofacial care within a leading New Zealand health service. This is an excellent opportunity to combine complex clinical practice with teaching, research, and service development while contributing to outstanding patient outcomes.

The role includes outpatient clinics, operating theatre sessions, acute and on-call responsibilities, and inpatient care. You will also play an important role in supporting and mentoring junior medical staff, students, nursing, and allied health colleagues.

You will have:

  • Eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and Dental Council of New Zealand
  • Experience in general Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to education, research, and continuous improvement
  • A patient-centred approach and commitment to equitable healthcare

Up to 40 hours per week | 1:3 on-call roster
