Our mission

After changing the Declaration of Geneva in 2017, to include the “health and wellbeing of doctors,” B Corp certification is a reflection of our commitment to enriching the lives of our doctors and providing medical staffing where it is needed most.

We have always been mission-led, becoming a B Corp is an important step in our ongoing efforts to ensure that we are doing everything we can to advance the health of medicine.

What is B Corp?

B Corp Certification means that an organisation has been verified as meeting B Lab’s high standards for social and environmental impact, that it has made a legal commitment to stakeholder governance, and that it is demonstrating accountability and transparency by disclosing this record of performance in a public B Corp profile.

What does it mean for you?

As part of the B Corp certification, organisations with high social or environmental impact are recognised with an Impact Business Model. An Impact Business Model means an organisation is designed to create a specific positive outcome; we have received two Impact Awards for our services to healthcare.

Our promise to the profession is that we will never stop striving to improve the staffing crisis facing the industry and advocating for the wellbeing of our doctors. We have always been vocal about our mission, but having B Corp certification shows our customers that we are not afraid to also be accountable.
