As you give back, we want to give back, too. For every friend you refer to Medrecruit you'll receive up to $1000, either as a gift card or a donation to charity.

Refer a friend get up to $1000* for yourself or a charitable cause
Refer a friend to Medrecruit, and upon their first placement completion, you're rewarded with a gift card worth up to $1000* or choose to donate to one of three selected charities.
The amount you earn depends on the number of days your friend works. To qualify for the $1000 they must work 25+ consecutive days (within 12 months of referral). *T&Cs apply.
How our friend referral works
Sign in to your Medrecruit account, head to your dashboard and copy your referral link. Send the link to as many friends as you like.
Earn a gift card or opt for a charity donation after your referred friend completes their first placement with Medrecruit, provided they work over three days.
Your reward will be between $100 - $1000*. The amount depends on how many days your friend works on their first placement. To qualify for the $1000 they must work 25+ consecutive days (within 12 months of referral).
Being able to work in the same hospital allows us the have the same shifts and the same days off and that allows us to have greater flexibility.

Doctors Without Borders
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) is an independent international medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.
Hand-n-Hand Peer Support
Hand-n-Hand (Helping Australian & New Zealand Nurses and Doctors) provides wellbeing assistance where both the facilitator and participant are equals. Through this, people can connect via lived experiences. Peer support is supported by research as an effective pre-clinical mental health intervention.
Drs4Drs
Drs4Drs has been established by the medical profession for the medical profession. Through a network of doctors’ health advisory and referral services, independent, free, safe, supportive and confidential services are available across Australia.
2025 Terms & Conditions
1/ The referred doctor must be new to Medrecruit
2/ Payment is given on referred doctor's first placement
3/ Existing doctors can refer an unlimited number of doctors
4/ Each referred doctor can only be referred by one doctor
5/ Bonuses are awarded when the referred doctor is successfully placed within 12 months from the date they were referred, and their first placement* is for one of the following durations:
4-24 shifts: Receive a $200 Visa Gift Card or donation
25+ shifts: Receive a $1000 Visa Gift Card or donation (within a 6 week period)
*First placement can be at multiple locations.

9/ The referring doctor will be contacted within 30 business days of their referred doctor fulfilling the placement requirements and given the option to receive the value as a Visa gift Card (AU), Prezzy Card (NZ) or to donate to a pre-selected charity, which Medrecruit will facilitate.
