Location: Bunbury, Western Australia

Employment Type: 12-month contract (February or August 2027 start)

Salary: AUD $125,010 – $220,000 per annum

About the Role

An excellent opportunity is available for a General Surgery Registrar to join a busy and supportive regional surgical department in Bunbury. This role offers exposure to a broad variety of surgical specialties within a modern and evolving hospital environment.

As a Registrar, you will:

• Work closely with consultants to deliver high-quality patient care
• Contribute to surgical admissions, perioperative care, and discharge planning
• Participate in a mix of theatre, ward, and on-call duties across Bunbury and surrounding regional sites
• Collaborate with two SET General Surgery trainees
• Assist in meeting key performance indicators and maintaining efficient service delivery
• Engage in teaching, audit, and research activities (strongly encouraged)
