Emergency Department Registrar – Private Emergency Medicine
Location: Townsville, Queensland
Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per annum
Commencement: August 2026 or February 2027
About the Role
An excellent opportunity is available for ACEM Trainee Emergency Medicine Registrars (TS2–TS3) to join a well-established, accredited private emergency department in Townsville.
This role is ideally suited to trainees seeking a high-quality, supportive training environment with strong consultant access, protected education time, flexible rostering, and competitive remuneration. The department is FACEM-led and medically driven, with a strong focus on doctor wellbeing, clinical excellence, and long-term career development.
You will work in a well-resourced private emergency department, allowing you to focus on diagnosing and managing patients without the pressures of overcrowding, access block, or excessive administrative burden.
Please note:
- Applicants must already be current ACEM trainees (TS2 or TS3)
- No night shifts are required at this site
