About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join a well-established multidisciplinary team within a major tertiary hospital in Auckland. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality specialist mental health services across inpatient and/or outpatient settings, working alongside experienced clinicians, allied health professionals, and support staff.

Key responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with varying mental health needs. You will play a pivotal role in treatment planning, clinical leadership, and contributing to service development initiatives. There is also scope for teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and engaging in research activities, depending on your interests.
