Specialist Consultant

Locum cover is required from 1 June - 30 September 2026.

Position Details:

• Shift times: 0800 - 1700 | Monday - Friday
• Full Time Consultant Psychiatrist only
• Supported by full time ATT Registrar and ATT RMO.
• Working within the Assessment Treatment Team (ATT), Community Mental Health (Adult Service) 
• $2500 - $2900 + GST
• On call

Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.

Situated on the southern coast of Western Australia, just over 400km from Perth, this hospital has a capacity of 108 beds, and its wards/departments are staffed by highly trained, specialist personnel. There is a 10 bed maternity ward, which handles some 450 deliveries per year, and a 10 bed paediatric ward.

Location Information

This area is known for its natural attractions along the rugged coastline. The hospital is conveniently located a short 15 minute drive to the closest airport, and a 4 hour drive from Perth.
