About the Role

Concord Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join its Community Mental Health Team, providing specialist care to adults with complex mental health needs in the community. This role is part of an integrated mental health service that includes acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and outreach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering psychiatric assessment, treatment, and recovery-oriented care in community settings
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychologists, and peer workers
• Supporting continuity of care between inpatient and community services
• Supervising junior medical staff and contributing to education and training
• Participating in service development, clinical governance, and culturally safe practices
