Ophthalmologist / Medical Retina SMO | New Zealand

We have fixed-term opportunities available for experienced Ophthalmologists, including a Medical Retina SMO position and a parental leave cover role. These positions offer the chance to work across a broad range of ophthalmic services, including outpatient, inpatient, acute and surgical care, within a well-established specialist service.

You will bring:

• Fellowship of RANZCO (or equivalent)
• Eligibility for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
• Subspecialty expertise or a strong interest in Medical Retina (where applicable)
• Excellent clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, equitable patient care
