Locum cover is required from 9 - 15 November 2026.

Position Details:

• Shift times: 0800 - 0800
• Doctor will be required to look after mother and baby after birth until discharge.

The local health service is a 32 bed facility with 21 hospital care beds, 5 maternity beds and 6 day surgery chairs. The full range of community health services include community nursing, allied health and mental health services. 

The 24-hour Accident and Emergency Department is equipped with video/telehealth, connecting the team with specialists through the Critical Care Advisory Service. A 26-bed rehabilitation and palliative care service adjoins the facility.
