Job Description:
Our client is advertising an opportunity for a Rural Generalist/Senior Medical Officer with Obstetrics to permanently join their team at a public hospital in QLD.
The ideal start date for this position is ASAP.
Client Description:
This is a 24-hour facility which provides emergency, acute and residential aged care.
The facility comprises two emergency beds, 16 acute beds, 11 residential aged care beds, and can also accommodate patients with palliative care and respite requirements.
Location information
The facility is located in North Queensland, around 328 km North of Cairns.
This is a charming, historical town, unspoilt by the urgency of modern life. The town is known for its history, namely the first known European contact with the Indigenous people of the region.
