• SMO FRACGP / FACRRM with an ARST/AST

Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.

This regional hospital offers a primary level of acute care services. The hospital has 10 beds for general medical and surgical procedures, and simple paediatric admissions. There are also two residential aged care beds with the capability of expanding to seven beds if required, as well as one palliative care beds.

The Location

The town is less than 3 hours East of Mount Isa and 7 hours’ drive to the coastal city of Townsville.
