This is a small rural health service with both multipurpose and acute care beds catering to the needs of the surrounding community. It provides a range of services including accommodation for long stay patients, community liaison and education.

Location information

The hospital is located in a small town in the North Burnett Region of Queensland, 181 km south west of Bundaberg. The town is the self-proclaimed beef capital of the region, and has a population of around 630.
