This medical centre provides quality and timely medical care to approximately 8000 people living in the largest district in Tasmania. The practice has the capability for 7 full time GP VMOs who share the on-call roster. The practice is supported by visiting Allied Health, and Registered Nurses to assist with CDM, immunisations and women’s health. The district's Hospital has 12 acute care beds, emergency services, midwifery clinic and visiting specialists.
