This historic opal-mining town is known for its friendly locals and stunning scenery.

Work Monday to Friday at this outback NSW practice, which is close to the QLD border. Service the small community and get to know the locals. No two days are the same here, and you'll be working across a range of specialties, so this is a great opportunity for you to learn.

Outside of work, there's so much to see and do. You can join a fossil dig and discover raw opal stones get polished into shimmering gemstones or relax in the naturally-heated artisan bore baths. There are quirky museums, delicious eateries, and plenty of cafes to discover, too.
