General Practitioner | Cromwell, Central Otago

Our client is seeking a General Practitioner to join a large, thriving practice in Cromwell, offering excellent clinical support, modern systems, and a strong focus on team collaboration and patient care. New doctors benefit from a comprehensive onsite induction programme, ongoing professional development opportunities, and regular full-team meetings. The practice prides itself on its collegial culture, with excellent support from fellow clinicians and the wider healthcare team.
The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with structured morning and afternoon sessions. Appointment schedules are well managed, with 12 x 15-minute appointments per session, supporting quality patient care and work-life balance. Weekend clinic duties are shared on a rotational basis every second weekend. Strong relationships with both primary and secondary care services ensure excellent continuity of care. The medical centre is also co-located with a range of allied health professionals, including physiotherapy, hand therapy, massage therapy services, and visiting specialists.

This is the largest and most established medical service provider in the area, with highly qualified medical and nursing staff. This is also a teaching practice for undergraduate medical students.
