Deputy Director / Staff Specialist – Emergency Medicine Location: Swan Hill, VIC, Australia Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time (minimum 0.5 FTE) Salary: As per EBA, with salary packaging and accommodation support available Start Date: ASAP About the Role An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to provide clinical leadership, governance support, and patient care within a modern regional Emergency Department seeing approximately 18,000 presentations annually.
Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will support workforce planning, quality improvement, education, supervision, and service development while maintaining a clinical workload.
Requirements AHPRA registration as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or FRACGP/FACRRM with advanced emergency medicine qualifications.
$250,000 ~ $500,000Base salary
