About the Role

Step into a high-energy regional trauma service where no two shifts look the same. You’ll lead from the front in a modern ED with Fast Track and a dedicated Short Stay Unit, seeing everything from major trauma and acute resus to a strong paediatric caseload. This role is ideal for a FACEM who enjoys true generalist emergency medicine, visible leadership on the floor, and shaping the culture and standards of the department. You’ll have protected time for teaching, supervision, and quality improvement.
