• Salary: $365,665–$465,018 p.a. pro rata, or $700.96–$891.41 per session, inclusive of applicable allowances

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Consultant Psychiatrist, Addiction Medicine Specialist, or Physician with expertise in Addiction Medicine to join a multidisciplinary mental health and addiction service in Perth’s southern metropolitan region.

Working across inpatient and outpatient settings, you will provide specialist care and clinical leadership for patients with complex psychiatric, substance-use and behavioural addiction presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing specialist psychiatry and/or addiction medicine care

• Leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams

• Promoting patient safety and continuous improvement

• Supervising, educating and supporting medical staff

• Collaborating with senior clinicians and service leadership

1.0 FTE is available immediately, with hours and FTE open to discussion. Permanent, fixed-term and sessional options are available.
