About the Role

A fantastic opportunity is available for Resident Medical Officers to join a dynamic and supportive acute hospital environment. With multiple permanent full‑time vacancies, this role is ideal for PGY3+ doctors seeking strong clinical exposure and long‑term stability within a high‑quality private healthcare setting.

You will be responsible for the assessment and management of patients across medical and surgical acute care. Working closely with Intensivists, Specialists, and nursing teams, you will play a key role in ensuring excellence in patient management, communication, and clinical outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality medical support across acute medical and surgical units
• Perform patient assessments, manage clinical presentations, and develop treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care
• Manage clinical issues and escalate appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication
• Work independently within scope of practice

Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration (no supervision restrictions)
• PGY3 or above with a minimum of 12 months’ relevant specialty experience
• Recent experience in acute medical and/or surgical environments
