Resident Medical Officer

Locum cover is required from 9 March - 15 May 2026.

Position Details:

• PGY 3+, has rural experience, up to date trauma training (adult life support, peads life support, neonatal resus), general medicine experience.

The outback meets the tropics at this truly spectacular location. This 60-bed hospital is located in the Northern Territories (NT) and works closely with a service for emergency retrieval within the district and inter-hospital transfer. There are multiple services including Emergency and Medical. Located 320 kilometers north of Darwin explore a magnificent region full of gorges and misty waterfalls, thermal springs, and ancient aboriginal culture.
