Just 3-hours from Brisbane, you’ll feel as if you’ve nipped off to a rural hideaway in this farming town. Known as the ‘Peanut Capital of Australia, there are so many attractions for visitors to enjoy, from the huge peanut silos that dominate the town to the Kingaroy Heritage Museum, Art and Heritage Precinct, and for outdoor enthusiasts, the Bunya Mountains National Park is nearby.
