About the Role

An excellent permanent opportunity is available for a Surgical Registrar to join a busy and well-supported hospital team in Hawke’s Bay. This role is ideally suited for a registrar seeking ongoing exposure to a broad range of surgical cases within a collaborative clinical environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, junior doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include inpatient management, assisting in theatre, participating in ward rounds, and contributing to acute surgical assessments.

Preferred start date: 3 August 2026, with flexibility to consider any dates thereafter.
