About the Role

An exciting opportunity for motivated Paediatric Registrars to join a growing paediatric service in Melbourne's west. Working within a supportive team, you will gain experience across General Paediatrics, a busy Level 4 Special Care Nursery, Hospital in the Home services, and outpatient clinics. The role offers excellent consultant support, structured teaching, and opportunities to further develop your paediatric and neonatal skills. International candidates can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality paediatric and neonatal care.
• Manage patients across inpatient, outpatient, and HITH settings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team care.
• Attend structured education and training programs.
• Contribute to clinical reviews, case discussions, and quality care initiatives.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility.
• Paediatric experience, including a minimum of 6 months in a dedicated NICU.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
