About the Role

This Advanced Trainee Paediatrics Registrar role is based at a regional referral hospital servicing Geraldton and the wider Midwest. The position offers exposure to inpatient paediatrics, neonatal care (Level 2 SCN with CPAP) and outpatient services, including a weekly GRAMS clinic.

Trainees participate in a shared on‑call roster and regional outreach, supported by strong onsite consultant supervision, structured teaching and online education resources. The site is accredited for up to 12 months of general and rural paediatric training, with an optional 6‑month Developmental and Psychosocial Training term.
