Job Description:
We’re working with a well‑established Victorian health service to offer an excellent 12‑month Registrar opportunity designed to strengthen your acute care capability and broaden your clinical exposure. This role is ideal for doctors looking to build confidence across high‑acuity environments while being supported by experienced senior clinicians and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
You’ll begin with 6 months in ICU, gaining hands‑on experience with ventilated patients, complex presentations, and advanced procedures. You’ll be part of a structured critical care team that offers strong supervision, teaching, and exposure suitable for those considering pathways in intensive care, emergency medicine, anaesthetics, or acute general medicine.
You’ll then transition into 6 months of Emergency Medicine or General Medicine, depending on your interests and training goals. Whether you want to sharpen your front‑door assessment skills or deepen your inpatient medical experience, the second rotation offers genuine flexibility and high‑value clinical learning.
