Location: Orange, NSW

Role: Career Medical Officer – General Ward

Contract: Casual/Permanent

Roster: 3 x 12‑hour shifts/week

Salary: $140/hour (approx. $262k p.a. equivalent)

Start: ASAP

Role Summary

This CMO role delivers independent inpatient care to medical and surgical patients in a private hospital environment. Requires broad generalist experience, strong clinical judgement and confidence working without registrar‑level supervision.

Experience Required

• CMO‑level capability
• Prior general medicine and surgical ward exposure
• Comfortable managing complex inpatients independently
