2027 Emergency Registrars (Accredited & Unaccredited)

Location: Wangaratta, VIC

Employment Type: Fixed Term Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

Join a high-volume regional Emergency Department managing 32,000+ presentations annually. Gain exposure to trauma, paediatrics (25% of presentations), and resuscitation while working alongside experienced FACEM, FACRRM and FRACGP consultants. Accredited for 6 months of core ACEM training (TS2/3) with strong educational support. International candidates can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage emergency presentations.
  • Participate in trauma and resuscitation care.
  • Work collaboratively with specialty and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attend weekly registrar teaching and education activities.
  • Contribute to clinical quality and patient care initiatives.

Essential Criteria

  • Eligible for medical registration in Australia.
  • Interest in Emergency Medicine training.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
