Job Description:

Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar

📍 Regional Victoria

📅 Start Date: 1 March 2026

💰 Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + super

An excellent opportunity is available for a PGY3+ Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar to join a well-established regional health service in Victoria, commencing March 2026.


The Role

This position offers hands-on exposure across a broad range of cardiology presentations within a supportive, high-quality training environment. The successful applicant will work closely with accredited Advanced Cardiology Trainees, gaining valuable experience aligned with future entry into accredited cardiology training programs.


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Consolidate core clinical and technical cardiology skills
  • Manage diverse inpatient and outpatient cardiology cases
  • Participate in structured teaching, supervision, and research activities
  • Work alongside experienced consultants and senior trainees in a collaborative team

Candidate Requirements

  • PGY3+ (or equivalent)
  • Strong interest in cardiology
  • General registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA
  • International Medical Graduates welcome to apply
