Medenterprises Group Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
(Specific Promotional Period: 24 Jan - 28 Feb 2025)
Through the website, you have the ability to refer a friend. By clicking the "Refer a Friend" button, a unique code is created and recorded on the user’s profile. This unique link can then be shared with a friend to register. The value you are eligible to receive or donate is unique to each person you refer, dependent on the length of their first placement*. By participating in the Medenterprises Group Referral Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
- You must be registered with the Medenterprises Group at the time of making the referral. Two doctors cannot sign up and refer one another.
- Referrals can be made by sharing the unique code on your profile dashboard, verbally to your Solutions Specialist, or by email to your Solutions Specialist or info@medrecruit.com.
- Referrals are only valid if the candidate being referred is a registered doctor.
- Referrals are not valid if the referrer and the person being referred are the same individual.
- Referrals are not valid if the person referred is already registered with the Medenterprises Group.
- If a referral is registered more than once, the referral bonus will be allocated to the first referrer.
Specific Promotional Period Details (24 Jan - 28 Feb 2025):
- This promotion is only valid for referrals of Consultant Psychiatrists.
- The referred doctor must complete 30 days of work within the first 6 weeks of their initial placement for you to recieve the $3,000 reward.
General Reward Structure (Non-Promotional Periods):
Outside the promotional period, referral rewards are based on the duration of the referred doctor’s first placement*:
- 1-3 shifts: Earn 5,000 points.
- 4-24 shifts: Receive a $200 Visa Gift Card or equivalent donation.
- 25+ shifts: Receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card or equivalent donation (within a 6-week period).
Reward Redemption:
- The referring doctor will be contacted within 30 business days of their referred doctor fulfilling the requirements.
Rewards Payment Based on Employment Type:
Your payment method for the referral reward will depend on your employment type with Medenterprises Group:
- Casual Agreement: If you are employed on a casual agreement, your referral reward will be processed and paid through payroll, and applicable tax deductions will be applied.
- Other Agreement or not employed by Medrecruit: Your reward will be issued in the form of a Visa or Prezzy gift card.
Additional Information:
- The Medenterprises Group reserves the right to terminate or modify the Referral Programme at any time without notice.
- By accepting these terms and conditions and providing us with an individual’s details, you confirm you have the authority to share this information and consent for the Medenterprises Group to contact the referred doctor. You can read our privacy policy for more information.
