Our client is advertising an opportunity for a GP to permanently join their team at a GP clinic in the North Island of New Zealand. 

The ideal start date for this position is March 2022 - 2023.

GP / Urgent Care needed for a mixed role in this beautiful part of Northland.

This well established Medical Centre is a leading GP partnership, supplying all GP services to the greater area. The group consists of 12 partners and locums. There is the equivalent of 8 FT nurses, and they operate from one of the country's first innovative total healthcare centres with both GP and hospital services based on the same site.  Special equipment includes slit-lamp for eye problems, latest dermalite for melanoma detection, Surgitron for minor surgery, latest ECG and defibrillator machines, emergency PRIME kits for call-outs to road traffic accidents.

The Location:

Situated near a large surf beach, ideal for surfing and fishing, and close to a large harbour and inland lakes, the area offers very good opportunities for outdoor recreation. The town is well-equipped with good schools, kindergartens and a child care centre.
